'Ragged Glory' review(s):
Ragged GloryRagged Glory is a 1990 album by Neil Young and Crazy Horse. Revisiting the hard rock style previously explored on Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere and Zuma, the first two tracks are songs originally written and performed live in the 70s. "Farmer John" is a cover of a 60's song, written and performed by R&B duo Don and Dewey and also performed by garage band 'The Premiers'. The song 'Days that Used to Be' often gets pegged as being a rip-off of Bob Dylan's 'My Back Pages', while Young claims the Dylan song was an inspiration (Toronto Star interview 2003) source: internet |
