'RMB' History:
RMB foundedRMB is the name of an electronic band founded by Rolf Maier Bode. RMB are the initials of Rolf. Maier-Bode met his partner 'technoactivist' Farid Gharadjedaghi at the famous "Adam & Eve" Label. The first release of Rolf and Farid appeared in November 1993 on "Adam & Eve" and marked the beginning of a new aera. "RMB Trax Vol.1" was the most sucessful Release of "Adam & Eve". |
Nature loversRMB fans know that these two young men are more than just studio squatters. Since 1994 Rolf and Farid have been living in a village in the Neandertal valley where they have a little house and very big garden. As they are both nature lovers and are involved in environmental organizations, it is hardly surprising that they were members of the Greenpeace fleet that demonstrated at the Mururoa Atoll. |
