AboutBrooklyn, NY, teen singer Alisha's biggest single was the Madonna/the System-influenced "All Night Passion" on New York-based label Vanguard Records. The single was a huge dance hit on Billboard's charts while peaking at number 84 R&B, number 103 pop on its R&B and Pop charts. The second single "Baby Talk" reached number 75 R&B, number 68 pop in late 1985. Alisha resurfaced on Jellybean Benitez's Jellybean Records with the CD You Wanna Be a Star, issued November 16,1999. |
